Description
It is used to treat an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) and Graves disease. Methimez 5 Tablet is also used before thyroid surgery and radioactive iodine treatment. It treats hyperthyroidism by inhibiting the synthesis of thyroid hormones from the thyroid gland.
